In 2008 the vehicle repair industry brought in new standards which are to provide the customer added confidence that their vehicle is being repaired using manufacturer methods and completed to a high standard returning their vehicle back to its pre- accident condition.

We have been at the forefront of these changes, becoming one of the first body shops in Bristol to achieve the BSI Kitemark and to retain it until 2019 when we moved over to CARSQA who provide the same commitment as before but in more achievable terms.

We are inspected annually to prove we are as a business following the correct methods in vehicle repair but also our staff are competently trained to achieve those standards declared.
